“Food is a much more powerful tool for transformation than we realize. Imagine where you want to be and eat like that person would eat.
What we need is something we already know somewhere,
we just don’t have the energy or the inclination to put it into practice.”

As simplistic as it is, drinking plenty of water every day is a powerful step toward maintaining a steady consciousness. It helps keep the negativity moving through my body rather than staying. So, I commit to drinking my water -- lots of it -- all day today!
I committed to eating more fruit. I've been working outside and the weather was warm so I'm drawn to juicy fruits. My son wanted to make fruit kabobs! We ate watermelon (yum!), canteloupe, cherries, strawberries and apples.
