Lessons Learned Around Words
Okay, so everyone share. What has shifted for you around words either this month or at any other time in your life? What has made the most difference for you? Inspire us!
My greatest lesson has been noticing how often I point out the limitations instead of the possibilities. Wow! That insight was huge for me this month. Since releasing limitations has been a focus for me over the past couple of years, I was surprised to see just how many were still in there when it came to my children. I read recently that children hear "No" or "Don't" 150,000 times by the time they are 18 years old and "Yes" only 5,000.
